Here is San Diego we had some nice weather and I had to opportunity to capture a double rainbow with my Phantom 2. This was captured in north part of San Diego, CA.

Very nice.  Looks like you came in with a bit of a shower.   I'm in my second week with my Phantom 2 Vision +.   These are awesome machines!

Great shooting, but don't think I would have risked mine in that rain - although it looks like the rain came at the end.  This kind of photography is what the systems are for.  I think the ability to get up there and follow the action is a great bonus to the result.

Some people have had some breaks in comms and fly aways going that close.  So be careful out there - it's not touching the wires that's the possible problem, it's the electro field around the wires.

- About how high up were you?
- Was this the Vision+ or a GoPro?
- Did you run some video correction to remove any fisheye? If so, what did you run it through.

I use a GoPro Hero 4 on my Phantom II. The memory chip plugs in to a USB drive so I have access to all the video files and can trash / remove them from there. I'd think you should be able to plug all other Phantoms to a USB and have the same options.

Thanks it was fun spotting it and flying the unplanned mission.

I believe I was 200 - 220 meters up and I used a GoPro Hero 3.

I can't remember if I used a fish-eye removal filter on that or not in post.

Yeah thanks! I was not expecting to see the second rainbow but it was a treat!
