I booted up my Phantom 3 for the first time today and everything seemed to go off without a hitch except in the DJI Go App on the status bar I receive alternate messages. One is a Green Flight Status OK and the other is a yellow status that says Gimbal Motor Overload not sure what this is. It says something about removing a piece, which I already have done, not sure what else there is to do but the status doesn't change.

Did you remove BOTH pieces?

  Double check that you've removed the shipping foam block behind the gimbal:


As well as the clear plastic gimbal protector...

I had removed the clear plastic but not the foam block. Thank you for the quick response and photo. That was exactly what I needed.
