I am big fan of OSMO and I am from India , I am a wedding cinematographer I got my OSMO once it's switched on when I did it on first time but when I switching it on again it's not switch on , fan is working but not camera not gimble and no preview is coming can you please please help me out its very urgent and I need to shoot

I had a similar problem,the fan would operate and that's all, it had no lights ,no wifi,nothing only fan operating, I found it to be a faulty battery,even on  the battery charger the light showed green for "charged" my dji dealer tested and found battery to be faulty, replaced battery no problem since
