Hi First time on here. I have a Phantom + The problem is the gimbal control switch is not working, but works with my phone app. Please could anyone help me with this problem. Thanks Ron.

Gimbal control switch?  Do you mean the camera wheel at the top left of your RC?

I had the same problem.  Had to go into the R/C assistant software and calibrate the switch.  Works great now.
