My osmo arrived today and not recording with internal mic. only externally. he is with the updated firmware. any solutions? plase.

As replied in your another thread, please check the audio setting in DJI GO App first.

this all right in the app. the microphone is enabled . with external mic it works. with internal records no.

Have you checked the original audio stored in the SD card? If it troubles you constantly, please contact your local dealer for repair.
Anyway, we would suggesting using the external mic for a better performance.

when put a plugged external mic in osmo it records audio in perfect card . the internal mic audio are displayed in the library of dji go
