I am not able to double tap and triple tap to activate the re-center and selfie.

I am able to do it by touching the options from the phone screen, but trigger from handle won't do it.

Can you turn off the smooth track by holding the Trigger button? Do others buttons and joysticks work normally?

yes if i press and hold the trigger, its 'lock' works.

I tried several times and I think I have to press really hard to activate the re-center/selfie movement.

Hi,
To activate the re-center function, please double tap the Trigger button twice quickly.
To activate the selfie mode, please double tap the Trigger button three times quickly.
You don't have to press the button hardly, just tap it and then release.
Please try again, if possible, would you mind send us video for our judgement?
