My understanding is my ipod touch will work with the Phantom 3 but has limitations such as the "follow me" feature not working.  Before I make the decision to buy a P3 I would like to hear from someone who has tried an ipod touch with the P3.

I think you can link an iPhone (hot Spot) to the iPod to get "Follow Me" to work.

The follow me function use the mobile device GPS signal to locate and follow.

You will need an external bluetooth GPS with WAAS for it to work.
