I try to activate my inspire but I get everytime a message that it is not possible to connect to the server. I have an account by DJI!
Also I cannot get the inspire out of the traveling mode.
Please help me

To activate your Inspire 1, the GO App needs an internet connection.
The battery must also be fully charged before using it the first time.

Taking the aircraft out of travel mode can be performed with the RC or within the GO App:
- If you have dual controllers, transforming the Insire requires that you use the Master RC.
- Always place the Inspire on a smooooooth and reflective surface because the landing gear
   will slide laterally and it uses the sonic sensors. So don't place the aircraft on carpet or a rough
   and sound-absorbing surface when switching between landing and travel modes.
- Also, be sure to remove the gimbal before you transform from flight mode back to travel mode!
To transform the Inspire with the RC:

1) Insert the battery into the Inspire 1
2) Power On the RC first and then the Inspire 1
3) Toggle the Transformaton Switch up and down rapidly at least four times.
4) Wait for the transformation to finish. The aircraft status light should change from it's BLUE color
    to the normal status colors (or vice-versa if transforming the other direction)

As stated above you need an internet connection. Turn on your Wi-Fi, connect to the Internet and sign into your DJI Account. It is a very simple and smooth process.

Just purchased a 2nd Inspire1... just out of the box, went to activate it & continuous failure.  any thoughts?

1) everything powered on?
2) Using brand new RC or one of the other ones from your first I1?
3) Is remote connecting to aircraft (green LED)?
4) what mobile device and what version of GO App?
5) Internet connectivity on mobile device?

What feedback are you receiving as you attempt the activation process?

Just read the Start guide  and go slow, Just make sure you register with DJI first before updating Your system .  When IT does come time  for updating , always start with the Aircraft THEN the RC transmitter.

I dont remember  all the steps, I just remember its critical to register with DJI before doing any updates.
Also DO NOT FLY  with anything less than a fresh fully charged battery  !!!
