When I look at the exif data, the altitude is crazy-off. I can't seem to find any coralation with FW updates or anything else that may explain this.
Can anyone elaborate?!
This is a screen of the metadata. It was taken at exactly 10ft, but the alt shows 79m below sea level!
For clarification, what firmware are you currently on? Have you calibrated the IMU? Can you provide a sample file with incorrect metadata? Preferably, we would want to see a sample taken from a short height.
I'll try to get you a shot soon. Can't release images belonging to client.
I just updated yesterday to 1.9 something or another, so I wonder if that fixes the problem. There was a imu calibration before the last shoot. I did it in a hotel room, above 30 floors... Does the imu calibration have to be at ground level?
I was flying my i1 X5 today with map pilot gathering imagery for a photogrammetry project. My altitude was at 124' AGL Healthy Drones shows that my altitude was at 128' agl for all 6 flights. The altitude in the exif is 325' in every single photo. This is so frustrating. It is not even close.
I have the current FW in the transmitter and flight app. my AC is 1.9.1.30.
I have calibrated my IMU multiple times and this has not helped.
i have this same issue with the X3 an XT camera as well.
