Has anyone had problems with their courier asking for import duty and tax? I ordered from DJI online store and DJI seem unable to talk to DHL, their courier.
Please respond if you have advice on how to get this sorted out.
I'm having the same problems. DJI said I'm not liable & they'd sort it. Parcel delivered then last week I get a bill off DHL £212 for duty they had paid. I emailed DJI again yesterday and they maintain I'm not liable and all I need to do is tell DHL. This I've done & am awaiting a reply. Are DJI scamming us or is it DHL?
Same here. Received a invoice yesterday for 365 USD from DHL. Not really keen on paying that much since the total becomes more then what I would pay from a retailer.
Ordered my s900 back in March and I never had any of these problems the tracking was also brilliant and arrived two days earlier then expected.....But DJI pay for postage & packaging if the order is over a certain amount. It's not a scam just ring DHL and tell them.
