Can anyone tell me the the "DJI DNG Cleaner v1.1" is and what it is used for?  

If you look closely at a DNG file, especially in dark to mid-toned sky areas of the image, you'll see tiny white dots.  DNG Cleaner will remap these & re-save the file so they disappear.
