If all is plugged together and all powered up then you can transfer1080p & 720p video, and JPEG photos over the light bridge. To do this connect & power up all as if preparing for a flight. On Display device go to the DJI home page (the one where you select the aircraft). At the bottom of the page click on the 'edit' tab, then at the top right of the edit page click on the icon that looks like a folder with an arrow inside. Then click on 'import' from 'On-board SD', and sellected files will download.....This lightbridge transfer does not work for 4k and presumably RAW photos.  For 4k video (and presumably RAW photos) download either by cable link to Phantom, or by removing SD card to computer.
I have tested this on P4 , JPEG image download works fine. As does 1080P (24 fps tested ) video, although takes a while as link speed is just above 2MB/s.

The same may hold true for the P3 range.
