Hello,

I have big problem with my datalink. It worked just fine, but now it´s don´t working. I connect the copter, upload my mission, but after take of when copter is about 20 metres away, the connection in ground station is lost. I was flying my copter with great connection around 700 metres away from me ant it was just fine. I sereached on the internet and some people have the same problem but I didn´t found the solution. Could anybody help me wit it ?

Could you please list your complete set up? What kind of area are you flying in? Did you notice this after a firmware update or a hard landing?

I would need the same information from you as well.

I'm flying in an open area and never had a crash or hard landing, the drone is about two weeks old with 5 flights...

I have hexacopter with Naza M V2 and for FPV I have Boscam FPV 5.8G 600mW transmitter and uder it is Walkera G-3S brushless gimbal. and I flying in open areas mostly on agricultural fields and there wasn´t any firmware update and hard landing.

Just to clarify, you are using the iPad verson of Ground Station? What model iPad are you using? Have you checked for any firmware updates recently?

No, I´m using a Pc version of Ground Station

If you are using the Phantom 3 4K, then can you clarify whether you are having issues with the Wayponts function or just range in general? In addition, this section is normally for ProSystems such as the Ronin Series and the multiple flight controllers we have for custom units. Phantom issues should stay within the designated Phantom section of the Forum.

No, I´m using a Pc version of Ground Station

PC Ground Station has become unusable after Google's discontinuation of necessary Google Earth plugins. The only remaining usable Ground Station platform for the 2.4 GHz Datalink is for the iPad.

If you press and hold the Academy button for 3-4 seconds, you will see the option to downgrade firmware.

What kind of range are you getting from your aircraft? It seems that the ability to downgrade is not available for the P3 4k at this time, I apologize for the miscommunication. Have you also been in contact with the Europe Support Team as well about your issues?
