Can someone explain what this credit thing is all about?  Or maybe post a link? Thank you in advance.

You can get 1% credit from the price that you buy on the DJI store, to be used in future purchases.
As far as the credits you see on your profile page, use those with 10 dollars and you can get a cup of covvee at Dunkin Donuts.  In other words, they are useless.
