I'm not sure if DJI Care is worth it or not, so I spoke with tech support in chat, and he told me that you have 24-48 hours after activation to purchase the DJI Care.  He also could not provide any sort of delivery date, except to say mid october.  The manual is not completed, but he said he would send what was there.
