Just curious about the DJI Credit.  I asked Sales if you could use the DJI Credit to pay partly for the DJI Care Refresh program, as it seems the most logical choice, but I was told no.  Is there any chance that you guys might allow people to pay for part of the DJI Care Refresh using DJI Credits?

Haven't received the credit for the Mavic yet, as it hasn't shipped, but it was paid for.  Since it is pre-order is it possible to have the credit added to the account sooner, since it will just be going to the dji refresh?

I'm sorry but the credits can only be available 15 days after delivery.
