It's still broken. When I originally contacted DJI,they said they would look into it and reply in 24-48 hours. Well, after 48 hours passed I reached out again only to be told that it's a defect and I'll have to send it back for a replacement. I asked if I could just get a controller replacement since I can still use the mavic via wifi, but they said it's all or nothing. I also asked if they could send the replacement first, to which they said no. So, now I have to send mine back, wait for it to get to them, then they will ship me a new one. They told me that once they receive mine a new one would be shipped out and I would get it in 5-7 days, but I don't know if I believe that.
So, this sucks. I now will have to wait a minimum of two weeks to get another mavic, after waiting a whole month. |
