I had a hardware failure related crash and created a support ticket. They sent me an e-mail asking for more details. I replied and have not heard anything back. My request number is 321378. Can anyone check on the status, and/or where it is in the queue?


*Update*
They just emailed me saying that they will got my response and will analyze it. So still doesn't give me a time frame, just repeated what the automated email said.
