Unsupported claim on Reddit, but it at least gives me some hope. Can anyone confirm this?

I got that same response from them a couple of weeks ago. Here are some of the chat logs.

Seems highly unlikely that they would ship out ALL the orders from 9/27 -> 10/12 considering so far they've only covered ONE full day worth of orders (9/27). Actually, not even one day. There are still lots of folks who ordered the combo on 9/27 who haven't heard a thing.

So I would take this info with a grain of salt.

Why can't dji tell us customers here this news , makes me think it's a bit suspect...

Well I didn't put all the logs in here but we were talking about just the Mavic not the fly-more combo and I think he said started shipping and first one being shipped not literally completed all orders.

Nothing wrong with staying positive right?.

I asked online chat yesterday and they said that my order will be shipping in November. I ordered in the first 24hours. Hope this is true.

That is what Liu told me last Friday. My order was on 10/15 and he told me that it would be part of the 2nd batch shipping out mid Nov. Cross my fingers.

Lets see if that is true because I did chat with a sales from dji online chat and they told me that it will be shipping in November the first couple of weeks so I am thinking they are going to send their second manufacturing batch through all those customers that place orders in these dates.

If so I should be in this batch since I've ordered on the exact day of 12.10. (or 10/12 as the retarded american system describes it )

Anyways, lets hope and see! And also lets pray that we won't get a defective unit as many reported here.

Tomorrow is my Birthday xD So please DJI start shipping my Mavic tomorrow!

I had a chat with them today and the plan is to handle orders from 29 within this week, and probably 30 in next week, so don't expect to get your mavic soon if you ordered late october

Since I ordered 5th of October, and DJI is working on Europe orders the way they are, I ordered via a reseller in Germany.
Asked them about the shipment date and when that is confirmed, I'll cancel my DJI order.

Bad thing is, I payed with bank transfer, so there is no easy way like CC. Any ideas/ experiences on that?

I am sick of being treated like this.

We are now halfway through November. I ordered the combo on 29/09/16. Absolutely no sign of my order shipping anytime soon. In the 11 days since DJI said that it hoped to ship all orders up to 3rd November they have not even shipped one more day's worth of orders. On DJI chat this morning I am told that they "hope" to ship orders up to 3/11/2016 in the next 7 to 8 weeks.... In other words, from now on the new DJI plan is to tell everyone that their order will ship in "7-8 weeks". I thought that DJI were spinning us along with their announcement on 3/11/16 and it would seem that I was right....

Got the following response from Advexure today.

"Sorry about the slight delay in this response. We had a good call with DJI HQ yesterday evening/early this morning and received from helpful information on production. Unfortunately it’s not the news you may want to hear as there is still uncertainty in exactly when your unit will be able to ship but it definitely helps to provide a bit more insight into the Mavic situation.

Long story short is that the slow fulfillment of the Mavic is going to continue. DJI’s production capacity is very low right now in comparison to the completely overwhelming demand that the Mavic has seen. They are continuing to increase their production capacity but this takes time as they need to ensure high quality is maintained throughout as they scale their production. We will continue to receive sporadic shipments of Mavic units but DJI is currently splitting about 100 Mavic units per day off the production line amongst their worldwide distribution network. This obviously leaves very small allocation numbers each day and they cannot even ship 1 unit to each member of the network each day.

The bottom line is we’re going to be continuing to wait on things. On the plus side, you have a pretty early pre-order so are in a good position. I can guarantee you the people 300 or 400 spots behind you in our pre-order queue would take your spot any day.

We are going to be releasing an official update to ALL pre-order customers by EOD today, much of the information I have provided in this email will be in that update.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions. Once again, we appreciate your continued support, patience, and understanding of the situation."

How long did it take you before you got the status changed now it shows that it will be FedEx my shipping courier but it is still pending I hope it leaves this week.
