Might be a coinsidence. According to tracking spreadsheets, end of last week, was about time for mine to be shippied. But it wasn't. And wasn't. And Saturday I am sending a "ping" to DJI customer support in term of "hi, how are you, kindly are there any news on my order? I saw people ordered later receiving theirs" - this sort of email...
Then monday morning I get notification that my order is shipped and seven minutes later reply from customer support to my email that they are happy to tell it has been shipped... Quite a coincidence ;)

2016-10-05. Mavic pro and 2 extra batteries. Seems that everything is shipped together. Presently it is sitting in Shenzhen customs.

did you order yours through dji? I ordered mine through amazon uk and they have no idea when it will be shipped

Yep, I ordered through DJI - Combo Pack and have no idea when it'll be delivered either.

Depends on how long it takes to go though customs.

mine was shipped on Saturday and I received it in Atlanta, Ga. Tuesday morning by fedex.

Definitely a coincidence.. I tried same as was told to be come back in 3 weeks if no news...

From China to US was quite fast .. I think it was 3 -4 days tops before it was at my door.

Same happened to me, I've sent them an email Friday and yesterday morning I noticed a change of status from pending to shipped but no answer to my email.
And as shipping company i have "Bsi" , i googled it but cant find any shipping company by that name.

I ordered 10/8 and got my combo today.

Most orders will take 1-3 days to deliver once they're with the couriers. DJI's dispatch time with the Mavic Pro is the big problem here.

I'm in China, and it still took three days.

2-3 days in China is normal. I come from China living in Canada now, no idea why my IP showing US....

Same thing here I ordered 5th of oct noticed people who ordered on 6th-10th was getting theirs so I contacted customer support and got generic same as we've all seen orders from November 3rd would be shipped in 7-8 weeks from November then two days later today I got my shipping info and tracking number.
