Hello guys,


I am new to this thread and I wasn't sure if it's the right thing to post.  

I don't mind waiting for my Mavic Pro Fly More Combo (ordered on Oct. 18) but I need to change my shipping address as I am moving back to another country.  And instead of changing my address to a new country, I want to update my shipping address to my family member's address so I can pick them up when I come back next year.

I already emailed to them DJI's support email last week and I only got automated reply that they are overwhelmed with lot of emails but assured that they are working fast as they can to ship.  I emailed again that I understand but I just want to change my shipping address before they start shippping because I am moving out for another country next week for good.

There have been no reply so far.  So I am bit concerned that they may still ship Mavic Pro to the address that I no longer live in.

Has anyone ever sucessfully tried changing their shipping address?  If so, how do you manage to do it?  Just email to DJI's support email?  I tried with DJI's service chat and they said they cannot help me with this but referred me to email to their support email instead.  :/

I am not sure what is my ticket numbers.  Do you mean something like request numbers?

I have the same problem and send more than 20 emails to your support and marketing teams already and made calls to your HQ in China. I am moving to Germany next week.
Could you please escalate my ticket as well? Ticket Request numer: 357654.

This is just not right, we paid more than $1.000 6 weeks ago and didn't get the product, or any helpful response yet!!!
Don't you thing this is really mean?
We really want to know when our drone will be delivered!!!
I heard that people ordered it on the apple website less than a week ago and the drone will arrive this Friday!?!?
How can that be?

Since we sent requests from another email than the order email your team could not change my shopping email. So I had to send another message with the ticket number 325410.
Please escalate it again, sorry for that

We checked the ticket 440493, which seems to be someone else since it talks about cached videos on dji go APP.
May I know you have got it sorted out or not? If no, please help me confirm your ticket number or e-mail address so I can check it for you again, thanks.

hello i sent my drone in for dji care refresh and was sent out june 3rd. I received an email that the drone is on its way im going in a trip for my birthday and would like to change the shipping address but ups says dji has blocked access to change the shipping address plz help. CAS-4403783-J6T4H7
