Unfortunately no response to my ticket 357654 yet!
I really don't understand why this is so hard I tried so many times to get in touch with you guys on different channels, I even posted on your facebook page and texted you on Instagram!
This is just not right, we paid more than $1.000 6 weeks ago and didn't get the product, or any helpful response yet!!!
We really understand how frustrated it must be, and I'd like to try my best to help you.
