My case number is __________. I'm just trying to understand why so many parts need to be replaced on the drone when the damage did not look that bad to the eye. A long list of parts with names that mean nothing to me and no diagram makes it hard to see what repairs are being done and why.
Should have just crashed the thing within the first 48 hours instead of 72 and I'd probably already have my drone back or a replacement by purchasing DJI care refresh. I guess that was the gamble I took. It's already been 9 days, I'm another 5-7 days out till it is repaired and then I have to wait for another 5 days for shipping. On top of it I'm already out more money than DJI care refresh for this repair and with no protection or insurance for the future. I think drones are not for me. |
