Just got my new Mavic today. Still haven't been able to fly it because a an error called: [gps]data exception. This error is keeping the drone grounded. I was so excited for this drone but now it won't get off the ground and I can't figure out a way around the error.

I have upgraded the firmware, then I rethought maybe that was the issue so I downgraded it via the PC (mac) app. But you can't do anything with the drone if there is an update avalible but it hasent been installed so I was forced to upgrade again. No dice though. Same error.

Any help would be phenomenal. I'll get a screenshot tomorrow up here.

Hi AlxMed, after downgrading the firmware, have you tried to turn on the motor?
Please post a screenshot here. I'll help to check it.

Thank you for the help! I did try to start it up but wouldn't go. Just gave me the error. (Also, I verified that beginner mode is off too. I know that can cause issues.)

Could you please export the flight data and vision data then upload it to dropbox?
You can use the same method as for the Phantom 4.

I am uploading the Data now... Link to come. DJI Support told me just to send it back, however, if we can fix it I would rather do that because I really need the drone in the next few days, and there is no way they will get me a new one on time.

Data file is 2.8 Gb... Would you like me to export fewer items or do you want it all? There are about 35 different files (x2 for the vision data).

JUST SAME THING AS AlxMed has!!!!!!!!!!!There been 3rd day i'm strugglig with my NEW MAVIC to even start motors! No progress at all.
