I just wanted to share my positive experience with the DJI Care Refresh program. This is what I wrote to DJI in response to their After-sale service survey:
This is feedback for Service Repair Case No: CASXXXXXX-XXXXXX. Yes, although I am pleased with receiving a "new" replacement Mavic Pro for my damaged one via DJI Care Refresh program within one week, the process was quick and easy. I am disappointed however, that the replacement drone is missing 2 propellers out of the 4. Not sure if this was an oversight by QA because the Repair Receipt says Flight Test "Pass". How do you perform Flight Test if missing 2 propellers? If you are reading this feedback, Please take note I would think a "new" replacement drone means it should come with all 4 propellers and not missing 2. Otherwise, I am still glad the DJI Care Refresh program delivered as advertised. Signed your Loyal Customer K.K.
