When attempting to upload a 360 panorama, it asks for terms, and no matter how many times i do it, it just shows up again and again. I tried chrome, chrome incognioto, firefox, ie 10...  
Any ideas? Yes, I am logged in.

there is a big issue on Skypixel. If I try to upload a picture it fails after I click publish (see picture).
The Webpage asks me also a lot more than normal to log in. Strange is the fact that i already loged in.

Worked for me.. i guess "Accepting" takes a while, worked fine today.

BTW, yes, the site does seem to have issues..  perhaps i need to wait till they are fully processed....
