Is there a limit to the number of videos in the app?  the videos are there on the SD card but not showing up in the app.  

In the app you can clear cache.
This will make room for your new videos but it will delete your previous ones. You have them on your SD card so it shouldn't be a problem. You can also choose the size of the cache memory 2gb (default) 4gb, 8gb or 16gb.
