How long usually take to DJI to respond to email?
I have opened case and I would like to pay for repair, however they want to charge for new battery which I realy not need, since I have extra battery at home, so I sent email to support.us@dji.com with request for new invoice without inteligent flight battery. I got autoreply with request #401873, but no one has replied yet.

My case number is: CAS-410516-K0B1B6

I too have not heard back from email I sent indicating that instead of sending me new props, they sent the damagaged ones.

The first time I emailed the response took at least a week, after the first reply the next couple replies were actually answered by the next day

One other thing.   It seems that one motor having a slight bit of play/knock was overlooked during the repair/test/QA and may be getting worse.  I don't want to send it in again and have to wait another three weeks to get it back when I can replace it myself, though getting the body open is a big pain.
I'd order a new motor through the store but again because of the high shipping fee, any chance I can get a replacement at the same time the prop?   It is the 2312A CW (black tip).
If not then I'll find a source that has a low shipping cost.

Would have been quicker to send a good old fashioned letter in a envelope with a stamp on it. I expect the younger ones on here won't know about this method

It's not a repair but an order , ordered Z1 12/01 am travelling on 12/2 wondering if it would ship, if there is a delay it's not a problem, was just trying to get some info, shipping was 15/20 days order number is.
