DJI Inspire 1 Pro

Ok , question , did you record this with the X5 camera ? ( says Pro ) I am just confused because I thought you owned the X3 camera .  The only reason I am asking is I am wondering if you don't have the proper firmware loaded on you aircraft  and that is why the buzzing sound on the X3 .

Donnie, I own both cameras. I'm thinking of converting my X3 for use as a NIR camera for agricultural scouting, so I wanted to be sure that it works properly before I expend the energy to convert it.
About the gimbal and firmware, it's done that same right noise out of the box even after installing the firmware upgrade.

Additionally, the firmwares seem to be the same, because when I got the quad and assembled it with the X3 (I didn't have the required X5 mounting plate yet), I updated it to the latest Inspire 1 firmware. Then I installed the X5 and tried to install the Inspire 1 Pro latest firmware on it, and the result file on the SD card said something about the firmware being equivalent.

So anyway, all that to say: It's not firmware.

You are correct that the aircraft firmware is the same. It's only the camera firmware that's different. It's a nice shot, thanks for sharing.
