I purchased Osmo+ this week, and there are a lot of the black stripes kie dead pixels on the over-exposure areas.
No matter Jpeg, DNG, or video files It appears when it is overexposured.
Is my osmo sensor defective and do I have to request a return this item?
Is it an known issue that Osmo+ has and hasn't been solved yet?
I planed to use it for commercial projects but if the Osmo+ footages have full of dead pixel I have to give up using Osmo+
Hi, not good! dose this show on your device like this as well, or only when you view the footage from the sd card?, maybe try another sd card for a start, any FW updates done recently? or has it done it out of the box?
nothing wrong that's zebra stripes to let you know the image is over exposed. go into your camera settings and turn off over exposure warning.
Myself, I always have over exposure warning and histogram set to on. An ND8 filter would fix the exposure problem like you're experiencing on an overcast day.
