Please can someone at DJI help, I purchased a few items including an ND8 filter which when arrived is fualty - the glass has waves in it best wat to describe it.
I purchased this directly with DJI & am finding the repeated same questions and forms to complete really irritating.
This is a DOA part & now it's making me think that buying an addtional drone "Mavic" is not such a good idea. I really hope I never need to use my DJI care from my Phantom 4 pro+
Who can I escalate this to if I don't get this resolved?
