Hungary is a beautiful place, I've been many times to to Budapest which is beautiful city, maybe I should travel further next time. Very nice video nice smooth flying , good job...

I would ask local people from Hungary clarify their current law about hobby drone flights. I found article where written that from 31dec2016 all drone operators need registration, training, inspection and insurance for flight, is it correct?

Hey! The law is being prepared now, it will be put across around this summer. What you referenced, is the proposal of the actual law.
Now, it is quite difficult to fly legally in Hungary as you need an official flight permission for every single flight, and you have to apply for this permission 30 days before the actual flight. This rule was  set up ages ago, and obviously it is not suitable for UAV flying, and nobody has this permission. However, it is advisable to have an insurance, and you should avoid flying in crowded cities.  So, maybe flying in Budapest is not a good idea, but flying outside the cities is ok, and nobody will fine you, just keep it safe...
