I only seem to have 2 gimbal locks on my new OSMO+.

the 2 white arrows are able to lock.
the 1 red arrow (the camera portion) does not lock and flops around at will when I am storing or resting.

anyone else have this issue?  The user manual and any videos I find seem to have a lock on the part I dont.  Seems unsafe.

I purchased retail in the USA at a big electronics store (Fry's)

It's normal for the Osmo+, I have the plus and it's the same as you describe.

DJI didn't update the user manual for the Osmo+ when it comes to gimbal locks. Osmo+ only has two locks. Original Osmo has 3 gimbal locks.
