Whats being done about the NR/water color issue????

I see DJI deletd the thread about all that were having issues with the mavic adding too much NR  (noise Reduction) to the video.   Kinda strange if you ask me ......Hum..........

i would like to know the same thing. I see no reason why the quality cannot be the same as at least a P3P. Still hoping a codec improvement or something will take care of this.
Is the mavic not powerful enough to use H265 codec?

h.265, the file is a lot more efficient, better algorithm. Would be nice to see it used, then we could encode 4k around 25mbps. I don't think youtube accepts it yet from what was reading, so you would have to re encode back to 264 anyhow.

Yup. However I don't give a rats butt to YouTube.i record video for my own collection not to put it on YouTube.

I like google. You know they fought the Chinese government to uncensor the web. I got off facebook permanently awhile back. I can't stand zuckerberg and what he stands for. Google has some really smart people, but they don't shove their stupidity on the public like a maniac.

Upload unlisted and share whatever you want. Lot of my mavic videos are unlisted.

Yep eagerly waiting for a real firmware improvements in the camera processing...also p4 has some of this problems...on p4 at least they have the option to disable 3d noise reduction
