DJI Assistant 2 problem

Hi everyone!

I try to update my P4P+ firmware as DJI says using DJI Assistant 2 but after the download proccess nothig occur, a windows that indicate the 100% was downloaded and anythig else after 40 minutes (and battery go out...).

Any suggestion?

Did you install the latest version of the DJI assistant?
Please try to reboot the assistant and aircraft then try to update again.
If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot of DJI assistant for better assistance.

DJI Assistant 2 was installed.

I uninstalled this app, and re-installed it again.

Download firmware process starts from 0% up to 100%  (around 8 minutes)
In 2 hours no changes in the screen. Please reffer to attached doc, see time in the status bar clock.

Do you have another computer to test with?
Just want to rule out if it's the issue with the computer itself.

After a chat with DJI Tech Support when they suggest to try with another computer, it was working!!
