Is anyone prepared to let me have a short video clip shot in RAW 5.2K ProRes please? (DropBox etc.)  I'd like to see how my PC handles it and how long it takes to render before I buy SSD...  Thanks in advance!

Very interesting results:

It took 5 hours to download the 422HQ file (959Mb).  I imported it into Premiere Pro 2016.  I've got an "older" i5 PC that is very slow with 4K stuff from DJI (H.265 is the worst) - usually I see 90 - 95% CPU and 75% RAM usage while editing / rendering.  The 422HQ file was eaten up in minutes by the same PC....  it took about 3 min to export it to a MP4 4K graded video file!  Was much lighter on CPU and RAM too!  The exported file was only 55Mb and delivered very good video quality!!

With which camera was this shot?  

I'm now going to download the 5.2K file and try that too.

Also done 5,2K file today.  No issues at all and a lot easier / faster than the std 4K DJI files....

You should really upgrade to an i7 processor at least though to get proper efficiency out of your editing rig. Also, some programs support GPU acceleration, a powerful GPU can help premier to render faster.

This was with the X5s, the X4s does not shoot raw / prores. these clips were before the newest update that force ISO 500 with DLog. I may shoot some clips tomorrow and put them on the server for you to mess with.

Thanks... I thought it may have come from a "higher" end camera... real good, sharp image.  Seems the X5S has some capability (for its size!)
