I bought Inspire 1, three weeks ago. I had to send it back within 24 hours. It was defective with hardware error. I was advised to return it for replacement. It took DJI more then one week to check it in. It has been two weeks and still no answer. Online support are very courteous and professional but I get a generic answer.
