I shoot everything DLOG / RAW for photos when i import to lightroom. it loads up like dlog should look like.... then seconds later it changes it to super contrasty and non raw looking.

Is there any way to not have it change?

Dlog or any other picture profile won't affect when you are shooting Raw pictures. RAW is unprocessed.

RAW is not a photo. It is a data file which you can make a photo from. When you load it into software you will see an embedded jpeg file which may initially show the settings which it was captured and then can change over to the settings in the RAW converter. That switch is what you are seeing.  It is then up to you to use the data to process it into a photo. The RAW data itself is never altered or edited but it can be interpreted differently.
You can probably set the defaults of how Lightroom shows the thumbnails. I am not sure how this is done as I deleted Lightroom many years ago.
