I got my new Mavic yesterday and after charging everything it was too dark to fly it started and the fan was going the remote connected and I could start the rotars, now today the remote is fixed on "Connecting" and the drone has a quick flashing light and gets very hot, I have tried to link the RC following videos and this forum and it still wont connect, I am worried something will burn out as the drone gets very hot.

Can anyone help please I am really looking forward to flying.

I have the same issue, suddenly it gets disconnected and it won't connect. Linking doesnt work either. Only fast blinking yellow light and CONNECTING on rc.

Had the same deal happen to me. Sent in for repair yesterday.

Has anyone on here gone through the repair process for this issue? Curious as to what DJI discovered the issue to be and what the repair estimate looked like.

Try linking the remote.
