I was advised by DJI suoort to retrun my X5Raw camera and gimbal to a service department in The Netherlands which I did and have received confirmation from the courier that it was delivered and signed for on Monday 13th March. However there is no record on my case number that it has been received and I windered if 7 days and counting is normal? I have made email contact with DJI support over the last few days but all they say is that there is no update yet.
Hi Mindy, I see this morning that it has been received which is a great relief to me as I was beginning to think it has gone missing. The case notes that it will take 1-2 days to assess the camera so I'll wait for their response. Thank you for taking time to look at this for me.
