I'm reaching out to any mods that may be able to assist me, as I'm not sure how to get in touch with the service department.
Here's a quick outline....
Feb 19 - Case Accepted
Mar 03 - Received my Drone for Service
Mar 06 - Damage Assessed
Mar 07 - Payment Received
Mar 20 - (Today) Still Under Repair
It says It will take 3-4 working days for repair and test and has said that for 13 days (8 working).
I'm not sure if parts are needed for the gimbal to get fixed.
I'm really just not sure of anything, as there has been no correspondence regarding the process.
As far as service repairs go, I assume this is a fairly normal timeframe so far.
I'm just getting anxious, since I've only owned the drone for such a short time before needing serviced.
Hoping someone can shed a little light for me. I'd like an update on the progress and expectation of completion.
