yes it is and both battery are full happened when i was updating to 1.8

is the RC on? is one of the sticks pushed in direction and not neutral in the middle?

rc is on all sticks are in the middle

So what you mean to say is when you turn your aircraft on, it beeps constantly.  So apparently this has nothing to do with your battery.  

Does the AC boot up normally?

What do the lights do exactly?  Please be very specific.  

yes drone boots up normally as always then starts with a loud beeping sound
r/c on    battery charged    green light on side that it is connected to each other
no blinking lights on bottom of drone
props shake a tiny bit

Have you tried to update the aircraft again?
When turn them on and connect to the mobile device, run dji go app, any notification on the screen?

Sounds like the upgrade maybe didn't fully finish for whatever reason. I had the same problem once while upgrading a standard......loud solid beeping. I put it in another room and let it go, after about 20 minutes it finally went quiet. All was good. Never got an explanation what the loud beep meant, very annoying though. Let it go, don't give up, and I'll bet it will be ok.

Remove the .bin file from the SD card? What does your DJI GO report as firmware version?
