Hey all,
  
So yeah, I'm currently at zero flights and I am getting a "gimbal overload" error in conjunction with pink grainy video from the app when I go and take off. I have been looking on the site for a way to initiate a service ticket for an RMA, but I am not having luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

You have the gimbal clamp removed correct?
And have you also donw a gimbal calibration?
You can also try connecting the aircraft to your computer and running Assistant2 and restoring to factory defaults and also refreshing firmware.
