Support messed up with my firmware today now he said I need to down load ver 1.6 for the drone. pair and up grade fron there ( black hat top right coner ? )

touch the 'graduate hat' and hold it for about 5 seconds. Looks like nothing happens, but when you release it you will see a screen with the option to downgrade and choose which FW. Good luck there!
When just opening up the go app you will see a pic of the Inspire, On the top right hand corner you will see the "Grad Cap Icon". Push and hold this Icon for several seconds then let go .
