Hello to all i'm new to this forum. (always owned a P3 standard w/o troubles)
I have finally got a phantom 4 but still understand what's wrong with it.

I will explain in deep (or at least i will try to do it "i'm Italian" and my english is not good as i want).

With my p3 the image quality of photos and videos was nice.
Then i suppose the phantom 4 wolud be much more greater in quality (as shown in alot of youtube videos).

I will attach some shot taken with default value to show you the issue i have (before some right response from all of you :
- Yes the lens is clean
- I have tryed alot of settings w/o luky
- i see the same issue taken from photos or video, live inside the app.)

Pay attention to trees and how the quality looks poor.

Don't see too much wrong with these pictures...

They do look soft.  Seems like trees and greenery are usually the first to get smoothed out too if the post-processing is weak.

I don't know your post-processing with your P4, but I'd suggest you trying out the trial version of DxO OpticsPro 11 as it has a DJI P4 in it as a module.  Just click on the Apply Preset once you have your DNG file in it and see how it looks.  With it you should use their PRIME engine and the tree detail should become evident.  That program will correct a lot of the wide angle distortion too.  If it can't make something better out of your DNG file, then time to suspect your camera.

Then with P4 i need a software to obtain the same result from a P3?

No the pictures does not look good. The sharpness looks dialed down to -3. It's not "real" sharpness setting on the Phantom 4 btw. In reality it's more of a value that retain hard edges and simply turns areas with low contrast into a mushy blur. Like the mountains in your shots. Shooting in Dlog can produce a similar result.

Try resetting all values to default 0 and set "None".

I got the same problem. After a message "camera sensor error" and cafter replacing the  gimbal + camera I can only make comparisons before and after. I am very upset and I have not solutions yet. Here's a picture for comparison.

You could always try a camera settings 'reset', or a factory reset of P4 using DJI Assistant 2.
