So, 24 hours ago I received an email that my mavic was sent back via DHL tracking number: CA648152465DE
When I try to track this on DHL express website, I'm getting a case not found error. Is there any other webiste I can check to track my mavic? I know I'm being impatient but I sent my mavic for repair 1 month, 8 days ago after having the mavic for only 2 weeks.

What is your case# and I can see if it's been received into the repair center yet.

It was just sent to shipping, please check the DHL website later and tracking info should show up.

DJI sent me an email that it was sent out last Friday, so that is more than 3 days ago and it is still not showing on DHL. I thought DHL express only take a couple of days to deliver............

4 days ago I received an email that my mavic was 'shipped with DHL' . After 4 days I still can't track it so I contacted DJI support and I was informed that DJI are waiting for DHL to 'pick it up'.

I feel like DJI are making a whole mockery out of their customers. More than 5 weeks to repair a GImbal overload error and it still hasn't been shipped out to me. Awesome (Y)
