Went into camera settings today and the only resolution options for the SSD are 3840x2160 and "not record'?  Has anyone else seen this or know what the issue is?

Just to clarify, which SSD size do you have?

I have 480 gig

You will see other options on 17:9 and 2.44:1

Yes I see aspect ratios. No resolution options

Can someone show me what the options should look like?

You have to select another aspect ratio option and then you will see different resolution options. For example, if you select 2.44:1 as your aspect ratio you will then get the 5K option  under 422HQ.

So the only resolution I can record at for 16:9 is 3840x2160? And what's up with the "not record"  I don't recall it always being like that
