Has anyone fixed a compus stuck warning on their phantom... How did u do it?

It usually requires replacement of the compass.

I had it once on my PH3S, powered it down and back on, problem solved itself.  

Seen some YouTube posts of waiving a magnet below it, then delete the go app and reinstall... Has anyone done this with success?

Also sorry but forgot to mention, it has only happened 2 times in about 20 flights and last flight was ok... Should it be cause for concern even?

That could help. Just to clarify, though, is this happening right out of the box, or is it after a firmware update, hard landing or long term storage?

None of the above, just in a new fly location....

Like I said none of those u noted but it happened 6 out of 36 flights over 2 months . Usually right at start up only once a RTH was trigger later during flight. No other issues , what do u recommend

The 3-4 times I've had this happen have been when I turned on the phantom while holding it with my left hand and wearing my apple watch.

I have powered my phantom down, and turned it back on. This really seemed to help, it only happens every once in a while!

Seems to be an intermittent thing so hoping not a big deal

and only on start up

I was getting that compass stuck some time back and I replaced my legs which had a small crack that was getting bigger. The legs come with a new compass from amazon. Don't really know if it was a firmware update to latest 1.8.10 or replacing the legs but I don't see it anymore.

What are the risks at flight  with a stuck compass. I don't really understand the compass function with the bird is being flown in GPS with the satellites. could someone explain !

GPS only tells the position of the AC, the compass gives it the heading information. It needs this information to fly in a straight line as well. If your compass is un-calibrated, it could spin out of control and crash (toilet bowl effect is what I have heard it called before)..
