hi there can not charge my phontom 3 4k controller  completely dead only used it twice since i got it. please somebody HELP

Try an alternate power source.

Does the charger charge your batteries at whatever outlet you're using?  That would confirm that you are at least getting current into the charger.  Also, try using a voltmeter to see if the charging plug that goes into your remote is actually delivering current.  Good luck!
