Hi everybody,
I've to send my Mavic to get an in-warranty repair (soft focus issue in right side of the image) to the NL service center.
The aircraft is under DJI Care refresh but this is NOT a DJI care Refresh case, it's a standard warranty repair.
In the site you say that if the aircraft is under dji care refresh i have to send it with the battery, some people says that i've have to send all the pro combo package, service support (chat) says "just the aircraft body"... So, i'm asking you officially (DJI Ken, DJI Mindy etc), what EXACTLY i have to put in the box?
