I purchased the DJI External Battery connector for My DJI Osmo along with the DJI Battery (10 PIN-A) to DC Power Cable so I could power my Osmo on Real Estate video jobs with my Pahntom 4 batteries.

Unfortunately when I plug the extender into the Osmo and 10 PIN-A cable into my P4 battery nothing happens. If I plug the battery extender into My Phantom 4 battery charger (the barrel plug to charge the transmitter the Osmo powers up.

My firmware on my Osmo is 1.8.2.40

Does someone have a fix for this?

Check if your P4 battery is working fine.  Otherwise, the 10-pin cable seems faulty in your case. Contact the seller  or if DJI, find online chat on www.dji.com/support to send it in for an exchange.

Thank you for your quick reply. It is working fine. I was not "turning on" the battery correctly like when it is in the Phantom. I just plugged it in like any other battery and expected it to power up the Osmo. The problem was a non intelligent human trying to understand how to use an intelligent battery.
